2. Securely Package your device and send it to soft-solutions.

Securely package your device with printed form and send this package to our address that is given in the form.

3. We fix it, and send it back!

When we receive and fix your device we will declare you the repair price. After the payment, We will send you the device at your address.

  • First Contact us, and we can give you a quote for whatever problem you are experiencing. For a quote, go to Contact US Or call now at +44 1189 967901 and fill out the request- We will reply within 24 business hours.

 

 

  • Print out this downloaded form and fill it with all required information.After filling the printed form package your device with this form.

 

  • Send/Post this package having your device to the below address. Be sure to send it with a service that requires a signature so to avoid any issues with us not receiving the device.

 

 

  • Make sure to have backed up and saved your device data (if possible).

 

  • Non-board level repair normally takes 1-2 days. Board level micro soldering repairs can take approximately 1-4 weeks depending on how busy we are.

 

  • On completion of the repair, you will receive a call from us requesting payment and You can pay by Debit Card.

 

  • Once the repair is completed and payment received your device will be shipped.

 

  • Receive your device back assembled price = £25

 

  • Note: Alternatively if you are local we offer a FREE pickup and drop service within 3 Mile radius from our address.
